Role : Solution Architect - Claims Transformation

Location : Geelong /Melbourne (Travel to Geelong)

The Role
n
Join a major claims transformation program and help shape the future technology landscape of a leading organisation.
n
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join a large-scale claims transformation program focused on modernising platforms, improving customer outcomes, and driving operational excellence.
n
Key responsibilities:
n
n
Design end-to-end solution architectures aligned to business and program objectives.
n
Lead technical solution design across Salesforce, MuleSoft, IBM WebSphere, and AWS.
n
Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant solutions.
n
Provide technical leadership and support architecture decision-making.
n
n
About you:
n
n
Proven Solution Architect experience in complex enterprise environments.
n
Robust expertise in either Salesforce, MuleSoft, IBM WebSphere, and AWS.
n
Experience in claims management,
workers' compensation, insurance, or case management environments.
n
Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and problem-solving skills.
n
TOGAF or equivalent architecture certification highly regarded.
n
