Reporting to the Head of Finance, you'll play a key role in turning data into actionable business insights. You'll work across operational, financial, and people data to build impactful reporting solutions, automate processes, and support data-driven decision-making throughout the business.
This is an opportunity for a talented Business Analyst who enjoys solving problems, building dashboards, and partnering with stakeholders to improve business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and KPI metrics
Transform complex data into clear, actionable insights
Extract, analyse, and validate data from multiple business systems
Build automated workflows and reporting solutions using Power Automate
Support financial, operational, and workforce reporting requirements
Improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and business processes
Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver practical solutions
About You
Experience in a Business Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or Data Analyst role
Advanced Power BI skills, including DAX, data modelling, and dashboard development
Experience working with large and complex datasets
Strong Power Automate, Power Query,



and Excel capabilities
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
