About the role

We areseekingan experienced and values-driven leader tobuild positive, engaging and productive stakeholder relationships with our various leaders and staff toensure that HSW obligations and standards are consistently applied in all activitiesacross our diverse work sites.

This pivotal role is central to building
andpromotingpositive
HSW
outcomestocontinuously
improve HSW performance, consistent with contemporary practice, current research and legislative compliance requirements.

This role is based at our Notting Hill headoffice.
n
As our ideal candidate, you will possess:
n
n
Relevant Health and
Safetyqualification
with3+ years' senior HSWmanagement experiencein organisations of 200+employees.
n
Proven experience within Healthcare will be highly regarded
n
Proven experienceas a HSW
practitioner/managerimplementing
changes to legislation, regulations in HSW.
n
Demonstrated experience developing and implementing policies, procedures, guidelines and otherstrategic initiatives to influence and inform thefosteringof asafeandinclusive workplace.
n
Well-
developedleadershipand
managementcapability(withNFP
and/ormulti-siteworkforce management
experienceispreferable).
n
Strongwrittenand
verbalcommunication
skillswith the abilityto interactwellwith diverse staff and senior
leadersandtorepresentthe
organizationin externalforums.
n
Well-developed stakeholder
engagement,consultation,facilitation,
negotiation and influencingskills.
n
