Contribute as a member of the Executive Leadership Team, shaping organisational strategy, operating model evolution and culture
n
Develop and execute financial strategies that support organisational goals and sustainability
n
Provide strategic financial advice, planning, forecasting, and performance insights to leadership
n
Strengthen financial resilience through funding, cash flow, investment, and risk management
n
Manage fund accounting, grants and donor compliance across Asia–Pacific operations
n
Appraise and help shape new and alternative funding sources
n
Lead efficient and scalable finance operations that support growth
n
Modernise finance systems and leverage technology to improve decision-making
n
Strengthen processes, controls, and continuous improvement
n
Ensure compliance with financial, regulatory, donor, and reporting obligations
n
Maintain strong governance frameworks and audit oversight
n
Lead enterprise risk, fraud and anti-corruption controls
n
Serve as Company Secretary, maintaining statutory compliance
n
Lead and develop a high-performing finance team
n
Build financial capability across the organisation through coaching
n

Requirements

Experienced driving transformation, building finance functions and operating within a high accountability environment
n
Comfortable taking a hands-on approach and operating at a strategic level
