Physiotherapist | Clinic & Community | Hoppers Crossing

Our client is expanding their multidisciplinary team and are seeking a Physiotherapist to support their growing paediatric and NDIS client base. You'll join a team of OTs, physios, speech pathologists, EPs and AHAs, working closely with senior clinicians who provide hands‐on supervision, mentoring and guidance. This role is a great fit for a physiotherapist who enjoys a mix of clinic‐based services and local community visits (within a 30‐minute radius), and who values a supportive, multicultural and team-oriented team environment.

Generous salary of $80,000 - $100,000
n
Highly flexible role with both full‐time and part‐time options available

Clinic and community based sessions available - travel no more than 30 minutes with a travel allowance per kilometre

Sign on bonus of $500

PD allowance of $1,500 with regular training days

Phone and laptop allowance provided every year

Weekly supervision and mentoring with senior clinicians available daily for support, both in person and via phone

Responsibilities
n
n
Deliver physiotherapy services to paediatric and NDIS clients
n
Provide clinic‐based sessions and local community visits
n
Complete functional assessments and regular therapy interventions
n
Collaborate with OTs, speech pathologists and EPs for holistic care
n
Prepare clinical documentation with support from admin and NDIS specialists
n
Participate in weekly supervision and team meetings
n
Build strong rapport with children, families and support networks
n

Requirements
n
n
Tertiary degree in Physiotherapy
n
AHPRA registration
n
Strong communication and organisational skills
n
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
n
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
n
