n We are seeking an experienced Night Duty Registered Nurse for a fixed-term, part time opportunity covering maternity leave, working Monday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights (64 hours per fortnight). The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in an in-charge role on night duty within aged care, with a strong commitment to delivering person-centred care and supporting our residents and team.

What you will do?
n
As a Registered Nurse you will be responsible for:
n
n
Holistic assessments in partnership with residents and their representatives
n
Development and evaluation of individualised resident care plans
n
Supervise and support Personal Care Workers
n




Clinical care including wound management, palliative care and medication management
n
Liaison with medical and allied health care staff
n
Positive resident experience through resident-centred approach
n
You must bededicated to working within the applicable quality standards, including the Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS Practice Standards
n

Who are you and what will you bring?

n
Registration with the AHPRA as a registered nurse is essential
n
Minimum 2 years experience in providing clinical care
n
Strong verbal and written communication skills
n
Hold NDIS Worker Checks (or willing to obtain)
n
Be passionate about delivering a person-centred approach to care
