Job Description
Findex seeks a proactive Client Services Officer to join the Accounting & Tax team in Canberra. This full-time, permanent role is based in the office Monday to Friday with some ad hoc reception duties.

You will welcome clients, manage calls, coordinate appointments, liaise with advisors and support effective client outcomes, while handling admin tasks like lodging tax returns and ATO correspondence. A background in customer service is valued.
