We're working with a well-funded AI startup building a technically complex product used by external customers at scale.

The role is heavily backend-focused, with real ownership over systems that are already live and in production.
n
What they're looking for:
n
n
8+ years of commercial software engineering experience
n
Ownership of a critical, high-impact production system
n
Robust backend engineering background
n
Polyglot experience, with willingness to work in Go
n
Strong experience designing, building, and running systems on AWS
n
Computer Science degree
n
Evidence of coding beyond formal work (coding in high school, side projects, internships, genuine curiosity)
n
