We are looking for a motivated, energetic Pest Sales Consultant to join our friendly sales team based in Newcastle. You will be working in your own territory, selling a range of our Rentokil Pest services.
n
You will look to build on solid existing client relationships whilst also using your outstanding sales skills and outgoing personality to win current sales and clients within your territory.
n
To help achieve this, we will provide you with a competitive base salary, a highly rewarding commission structure, a company vehicle, a mobile phone, a tablet, and further career opportunities. You will also be given full product training, with hands-on assistance from the Business Manager and the Sales Team.
n
In this role you will be responsible for these key areas:
n
Driving sales revenue by hunting current business opportunities via cold calling/ visits
n
Servicing our existing client base and analysing their needs to increase sales
n
Developing and implementing sales plans to achieve set sales targets
n
Building strong customer relationships and managing a sales pipeline
n
Identifying customer needs and knowing how to deliver successful sales
n
You will have skills and experience including:
n
Ability to cold-call & plan for sales territory
n




Self-motivation and ability to work autonomously
n
A passion for hunting new business and being recognised and rewarded
n
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
n
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
n
Full Australian Drivers Licence
n
It would be highly advantageous if you also have:
n
Experience within Business to Business & direct sales
n
Excellent sales, solutions & negotiation skills
n
Strive to reach & exceed sales
n
Versatility to build rapport with people at all levels
n
Commercially focused
n
The successful candidate must be able to legally work in Australia, able to pass a Pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screen as well as background checks.
