Essity is seeking a Safety Manager to lead safety across our Springvale RESH setting, coaching leaders, reducing risks, and embedding a robust safety culture on a busy manufacturing site.

You will report to the Site Manager and shape the implementation of safety systems, auditing processes, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance and a safe workplace for all employees.
