What Support is being provided :

Seeking care to support a 69 Year old Male with a Sustained Brain Injury. Your support will enable him to live independently within his own home by assisting with his day to day living and goals.

Light domestic assistance

Meal preparation and Community access (appointments)

Requirements

Current references

Current driver's licence and your own car (mandatory)

NDIS workers screening check or willing to obtain (mandatory)

First Aid certificate or willing to obtain (mandatory)

Paid WWCC (Working with Children's check) or willing to obtain
