General Postdoctoral Researcher (AI Training)

What You'll Do
n

Design, solve, and critically review advanced, multi-disciplinary problems with real-world relevance across academic and qualified domains
n
Apply your research expertise to construct complex problem statements that challenge and meaningfully improve AI reasoning capabilities
n
Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and domain experts to enhance model performance and output quality
n
Ensure academic rigor, precision, and intellectual depth across all deliverables
n
Contribute to projects that directly influence how frontier AI systems understand and engage with complex knowledge
n

Who You Are
n
n
Holds a Master's or PhD in a STEM or highly technical field from a top-tier university
n
Has a strong track record of research, publications, or complex technical project management
n
Exceptional written and verbal communicator with meticulous attention to detail
n
Fluent in English and currently based in the U.S., Canada, New Zealand, U.K., or Australia
n
Comfortable working independently and asynchronously in a remote environment
n
Motivated by intellectually demanding work that has real-world impact
n

Nice to Have

Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation systems
n
Proficiency in Python, R, or other research-oriented programming languages
n
Familiarity with AI model evaluation workflows or prompt engineering

Experience spanning multiple academic disciplines or applied research settings
