We are a mid-sized business that imports and distributes Organic Herbs and Spices. With a strong focus on employee satisfaction, efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction, we're excited about this next phase of growth, relocating to the Central Coast in October ****. We import over 500 products and processes into ****+ items from suppliers around the world. Located in Fountaindale on the Central Coast, we are looking for a motivated individual to join the team!

About the Opportunity
n
The purpose of this position is to provide flexible support across warehouse operations, assisting multiple departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient handling of stock. The role includes cleaning, stock replenishment, ad‐hoc projects, and managing sample photos. Working closely with Inventory, Warehouse, and Production teams, this position contributes to the overall productivity and organisation of warehouse operations.

Your responsibilities will include:
n

Maintain transparent and timely communication with colleagues
n
Accurate & efficient order fulfilment for dispatch
n




Assist other departments as needed to support workflow and operational goals.
n
Cleaning and maintenance of warehouse areas to ensure a safe and organised environment.
n
Replenishment of consumables stock as required, ensuring items are stored accurately.
n
Manage and maintain sample photos, ensuring accurate documentation and organisation.
n
Undertake ad‐hoc projects as directed, supporting efficiency and process improvements.
n
Assist with manual handling and movement of stock where required.
n
Contribute to effective teamwork by supporting colleagues and sharing workload.
n
Participate in inventory stocktakes or other inventory‐related activities
n
n
About You
n
The successful candidate will have:
n
n
Warehouse experience (preferred but not essential)
n
A strong motivation to participate in developing high‐performance processes
n
The physical capability to perform tasks effectively in a fast‐paced environment (must be able to lift 20kg and be on feet all day)
n
