alphaXRT, a division of LifeHealthcare, specialises in the marketing, sales, service and support of equipment used in the treatment of cancer, and for cancer research. Our state-of-the-art solutions include Accuray radiotherapy and radiosurgery systems. We are currently seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our successful, clinically experienced team, with a position available in Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Customer service and support, installations (including pre-installation planning), preventative maintenance, and in office repair.
n
Troubleshooting, repairing and testing of quality assurance equipment returned to our premises.
n
Manage customer expectations and provide regular updates throughout service activities
n
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service delivery
n




Activities will require the timely completion of accurate service records and spare-parts inventories.

Key Responsibilities:

Experience and Qualifications:
n
n
A tertiary qualification in a relevant engineering field
n
Experience with the installation and service of high energy X‐ray equipment is essential
n
Extensive experience in the service, repair, and installation of radiation therapy equipment, particularly Accuray TomoTherapy, Radixact and CyberKnife systems
n
Experience in customer support, including direct customer communications
n
Good understanding of ESD requirements
n
Experience with medical IT systems is an advantage
n
A valid driving licence
n
