Job Description
Holistic Futures is seeking a Disability Support Worker to join our team in Victoria. The role includes non-active sleepover shifts, morning and afternoon covers, and a minimum commitment of three shifts per week.

You will support clients to achieve goals outlined in their NDIS Plans, provide daily living assistance, administer medications, and facilitate community access, with a focus on safety and person-centred care.
