Barber Property Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Housekeeper to join our team on a casual basis in Caloundra. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the smooth and effective operation of our prestigious hospitality establishments. As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across our properties.

What you'll be doing

Ensuring all guest rooms, common areas, and other assigned spaces are cleaned to the highest standards
n
Restocking and managing inventory of cleaning supplies and linens
n
Adhering to established hotel policies and procedures for cleaning and maintenance
n
Providing excellent customer service and addressing any guest concerns promptly
n
Collaborating with the wider hospitality team to maintain seamless operations
n
Assisting with inventory checks and reporting maintenance where required
n
Use of Housekeeping software
n
Moderate physical fitness is required for making beds, light lifting and handling cleaning equipment and supplies
n

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a housekeeping or similar role within the hospitality industry
n
Some housekeeping experience is required, but all applicants are encouraged to apply
n




Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation
n
Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently and independently
n
Positive attitude and exceptional customer service skills
n
Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a collaborative work environment
n
Fluency in English and strong communication skills
n
Australian work rights are required for this position
