Job Description
n




We're on the lookout for enthusiastic, passionate, and highly motivated Christmas Casuals to join our friendly team.Recruitment for these roles will begin in late August, with start dates from mid-late September depending on store needs and candidate availability.
n
As a Peak Trade Team Member, you will have the opportunity to create, support, and contribute to a culture focused on making customers feel valued and ensuring they have a outstanding experience when shopping in our stores:
n
n
Interacting with customers by proactively engaging and educating them to support their purchases.
n
Working as part of a team to deliver a positive in-store experience for our customers.
n
Delivering in-store customer service duties in line with standard procedures, including assisting customers on the shop floor, answering phone calls and fulfilling online orders.
n
Maintaining a high level of merchandising standards across the store.
n
n
Please note, our Peak Trade Team Members must have availability to work the peak period (ranging from September **** to the start of February ****). You may also be required to work across multiple stores within a designated geographical area.
