Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Warranty Officer to join our Service Department at Mercedes-Benz Berwick.

About the Role
n
This is an on-site position based at Mercedes-Benz Berwick.
n
Reporting to the Service Manager, your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Processing warranty claims accurately and efficiently
n
Preparing and submitting documentation in line with manufacturer requirements
n
Liaising with Service Advisors, Technicians and Parts teams to gather claim information
n




Monitoring claim progress and following up outstanding submissions
n
Maintaining accurate records of approvals, rejections and reimbursements
n
Assisting customers with warranty-related enquiries
n
Supporting the service department to ensure smooth and efficient operations
n
Remaining up to date with Mercedes-Benz warranty policies and procedures
n

About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
n
n
Experience with Mercedes-Benz or another premium automotive brand will be highly regarded
n
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
n
Strong organisational and time-management skills
n
The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
Strong computer literacy and dealership systems experience
n
A current driver's licence
n
n
The successful applicant will be required to undertake a National Police Check.
n
