Everyday Independence in Seven Hills seeks a Youth Lead Practitioner to support adolescents and young adults aged 9-25 with disabilities. You will lead a youth-focused team, plan NDIS-funded therapy packages, and deliver interventions across diverse settings including homes, schools and community centres.
You will work under supervision with a focus on growth, career development, and meeting billable targets while maintaining person-centred care for participants and their families.
