You will manage escalated ER/IR matters, investigations, disciplinary and grievance processes, bullying/harassment issues, and general protections, while driving ER/IR projects and EA negotiations.
You will operate within a values-led organisation, with a supportive HRD, in a hybrid role across office and home.
