Our client is seeking an experienced Digital BA to contribute to the organisation's digital channels by helping the squads to deeply understand the 'why' behind the priorities and collaboratively deliver solutions alongside supporting discovery activities.
Skills/experience needed:
Strong demonstrated experience delivering customer and business requirements for end‐to‐end digital products, including native iOS/Android mobile applications and mobile‐responsive web platforms, with proven ability to work across both channels in quick‐paced agile environments.
Experience working to support the identification,



clarification and documentation of customer and business requirements for digital products
Experience and knowledge of APIs and ability to use tools to mirror requests and responses, e.g. SOAP UI
Experience to online customer self-service products.
Experience working with various tools to identify, clarify and document customer requirements, notably Jira and Confluence.
Technical understanding to converse fluently with developers and testers to describe product requirements and expectations.
