A leading NSW Government agency responsible for delivering insurance and care services to the people of NSW is seeking
a Customer Resolution Service Support Officer
to support the effective delivery of dispute and complaint resolution services. Working across internal reviews, Personal Injury Commission disputes, care complaints and Lifetime Care disputes, this role provides high-quality administrative and operational support to ensure accurate case management and positive customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate administrative support across internal reviews, Personal Injury Commission disputes, care complaints and Lifetime Care disputes
Review and organise documentation, preparing dispute document packages and appendices to support resolution processes
Monitor shared inboxes and online portals, triaging requests and establishing review and dispute subcases




Prepare and issue correspondence using approved templates, including client communications and dispute documentation
Maintain accurate records across multiple systems, including trackers and registers, to support workflow and reporting
Support the preparation and distribution of operational and performance reports, including data extraction and reporting templates
Coordinate administrative activities associated with dispute assessments, including payment correspondence and invoice processing
Essential Skills & Experience
A range of experience providing administrative support and working at a skilled level across a variety of business systems and programs
Well-developed coordination and problem-solving skills, with a sound understanding of operational support business processes
Robust attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases and competing priorities
Desirable
Familiarity with medical documentation/reports and the health and allied health landscape
