Prophet is seeking a Customer Architect to lead onboarding from contract to deployment for key customers across APAC, starting with Australia.
You will coordinate Data Science, Platform, and Customer Success teams to ensure swift, trusted model deployments and measurable value for enterprise clients.
In this role you'll manage 6–8 onboardings concurrently, build data foundations, establish governance, and cultivate robust relationships with marketing leaders and agencies across regions.
