Your new role
Provide day-to-day account administration, reporting and documentation support to Account Managers
Support Account Managers and clients across major retail and B2B accounts.
Maintain accurate product information, catalogues and sales tools across client and internal systems.
Coordinate current product setups, updates and rollouts for key retail partners.
Liaise with clients, retailers and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and timely updates.




Track product changes and ensure all stakeholders have accurate, up-to-date information.
Your experience
Proven experience in sales administration or team assistant required
Exceptional communication skills and strong relationship building skills
Results-oriented with a solutions focused approach
Experience working in a fast-paced or retail head office environment
Must be available to work full time in the office depending on client and business needs
