On the verge of a transformational change, a need has arisen for a seasoned Human Resources leader that can manage a team to deliver Employee Experiences that match their business objectives and cultural direction to a large employee base.
Reporting to the Head of People, you will contribute to the development of theirworkforce and people capability development strategy.
You will then drive that strategy through the organisation through effective partnerships with leaders and effective management of the employee experience team.




There is also a great opportunity to influence the systems and process that need to change.
You will have IR/ER, Recruitment, Employee Services, Payroll and Generalist HR practitioners looking to you for guidance and support.
Your coaching skills will contribute greatly to this role and this rewarding role will impact many people.
