About the Role...
In this full-time role, you will contribute to high levels of customer service through direct interaction with customers,



together with the management of inward and outward stock movement.
Key responsibilities include:
Serving Customers at the sales counter
Providing excellent customer service
Pick & pack customer requirements
Assist in answering phone calls
Assist in administrative duties
General housekeeping
Assisting with cycle counts
General warehouse duties
About You...
You will have a prior history of counter sales / retail sales combined with customer service experience.
You will have the ability to work to tight deadlines, be reliable and self-motivated, have a willingness to take on additional tasks and value personal and team safety.
