This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced motor trade professional to support warranty processes within a busy service department.
The ideal individual will have a solid administration background, particularly within the automotive industry, and possess excellent organisational skills.

Duties of the Warranty Administrator:
Managing warranty claims efficiently using relevant systems such as Reynolds, Reynold & Power; knowledge of 1 Link is advantageous




Supporting service advisors and workshop teams to ensure warranty procedures are accurately followed
Liaising with manufacturers and internal departments to resolve warranty issues promptly
Maintaining accurate warranty documentation in compliance with manufacturer guidelines
Assisting in administrative tasks to optimise workflow within the service department
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective warranty management
Requirements of the Warranty Administrator:
Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator, Service Advisor, or in a similar administrative role within the motor trade
Good understanding of warranty procedures and systems; experience with Reynolds, Reynold & Power, or 1 Link is preferred
Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy environment
Positive attitude with excellent communication skills
Proactive approach and a commitment to delivering quality service
