This values based organisation needs a workforce strategy expert to develop, deliver and implement plans to ensure that their workforce is future ready.
Reporting to the Head of Strategy you will be ensuring that the workforce strategy and plans for each of the business streams are aligned with Organisational goals and the strategic plan.
You will advise through workforce analysis to help decisions and you will be the authority on the organisational structural framework which will include the facilitation of organisational structural changes.
You will also be developing and implementing the organisations' job matrix and remuneration structure.
This outstanding opportunity is a senior leadership role and as such you will be able to demonstrate your ability to think logically and creatively whilst developing organisation-wide workforce strategies and strong future state plans.
You will love working with data and have amazing project management skills.
