$90,000 – $130,000 + super, based on experience
5 weeks annual leave

What your week looks like
Delivering person-centred paediatric OT services that support meaningful outcomes
Building practical strategies with children, families, carers and support networks
Working across community, home, school and clinic settings, helping kids achieve their goals where they live, learn and play
Developing evidence-informed intervention plans tailored to each child's needs
Collaborating with Physiotherapists and Speech Pathologists who genuinely value your input
Contributing to a neuro-affirming and innovative clinical culture
Receiving supervision and mentoring that helps you develop your own clinical style, not just tick boxes
Celebrating wins together and supporting each other through challenges
Your caseload
Varied, rewarding and genuinely interesting.
You'll work with paediatric and adolescent clients across areas including:
Autism
Developmental delay
Intellectual disability
Cerebral palsy and physical disability
Sensory processing and self-regulation
Fine motor, play and daily living skills
