Kirinari Community Services in the CWES region around Orange, NSW, is seeking a Team Leader - Disability to guide Support Worker teams delivering SIL and group-home supports with a person-centred approach.
You will lead, mentor and support staff, provide direct domestic and personal care, and assist clients to engage with their community, while handling program administration.
Part time permanent, minimum 60 hours per fortnight.
