What role will you play?
In this role you will help redefine quality engineering in an AI-first environment, using artificial intelligence to strengthen test automation, improve coverage and identify issues earlier in the development lifecycle.
You will help shape our quality engineering approach, build AI-enabled testing practices and frameworks, and coach others on modern quality engineering techniques that support faster, more reliable delivery.
What you offer
Strong hands‐on experience using AI coding assistants such as Claude or GitHub Copilot to generate, review and maintain automated tests.
Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated code and tests, identifying correctness issues, coverage gaps, unreliable tests and potential risks.
Strong foundations in test automation, including web automation, integration testing, API testing and testing best practices.
Experience embedding automated testing into continuous integration and continuous delivery processes, with the ability to coach teams on early testing practices.
Experience applying artificial intelligence across the quality engineering lifecycle, including automated test generation, intelligent test selection, failure analysis and quality reporting.
