GP Chance – Mobile Aged Care Service (Flexible Hours | Community-Focused)
Are you a caring and self-motivated General Practitioner (GP) looking for a more meaningful way to practice medicine?
Optimize Health Medical is seeking GPs to join our Mobile Aged Care Team, providing quality, compassionate care to residents in aged care facilities and home settings at various locations
About the Role:
Conduct scheduled visits to aged care homes and/or in-home aged care patients
Build long-term relationships with patients and families
Focus on proactive, preventative, and palliative care
Work autonomously with the support of our central admin and care coordination team
Choose your days and hours — part-time or full-time available
