Reporting direct to the Venue Manager on all matters
n
What you will be doing:
n
LEAD WITH IMPACT:
n
oversee daily operations across our vibrant bar and bistro
n
INSPIRE YOUR TEAM:

Motivate, mentor and develop our passionate team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
n
ELEVATE GUEST EXPERIENCE:
n
Be the go-to person for our members and guests. Handling inquiries, resolving issues and making sure every visit is a positive memory.
n
DRIVE SUCCESS:
n
Manage staffing, rostering and stock, while keeping an eye on budgeting and ensuring we are always operating efficiently.
n
CHAMPIONING SAFETY AND COMPLIANCE:
n
Ensure we meet all OHW&S; compliance as well as all OLGR licencing regulations and liquor act,



keeping our team and guest protected at all times.
n
COCKTAILS:
n
Must have cocktail experience and able to train team members, even come up with your own signature cocktail
n
STOCK:
n
Assist the venue manager with monthly stock take and data enrty
n
No gaming machine only Keno
n
No 2am finishes
n
Currently closes at 5pm Sunday with Monday and Tuesday off
n
Successful applicants will have demonstrated -:
n
Leadership Skills and GoodCommunication Skills
n
Experience with Staff Management
n
Great Personality and People person
n
Have a strong Customer focus
n
Strong Knowledge of the Liquor Act
n
MUST HAVE AT LEAST 12 MONTHS EXPERIENCE IN SIMILAR ROLE
