We are currently seeking an experienced, passionate and commercially focused Food & Beverage Manager to lead our Food & Beverage operations on a full-time basis.
n
You will take ownership of the day-to-day and strategic operation of our restaurant, bar, room service and conference & events/banqueting operations, leading the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while achieving strong financial and operational results.

Job Description
n
n
Lead, motivate and develop the Food & Beverage team to deliver exceptional guest service and achieve Total Customer Satisfaction.
n
Oversee daily operations across restaurant, bar, room service and conference & events.
n
Drive Food & Beverage revenue through innovative initiatives, promotions and effective upselling strategies.
n
Manage departmental labour, costs, productivity and overall financial performance.
n
Work closely with the Executive Chef and hotel leadership team to achieve operational and business objectives.
n
Ensure effective rostering and staffing levels in line with business requirements.
n
Recruit, train, coach and develop team members while building a positive and high‐performing culture.
n
Maintain strong relationships with VIP,
regular and returning guests.
n
Manage guest feedback, service recovery and escalations professionally and efficiently.
n
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, RSA, WHS and Accor brand standards.
n
Monitor departmental performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
n
Support conference, event and banqueting operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
n
Maintain high standards of presentation, service quality and operational consistency.
n
Act as a key member of the hotel's emergency response team when required.
n

Qualifications
n
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
n
n
Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Manager, Assistant Food & Beverage Manager or senior F&B; leader within a hotel or similar hospitality environment.
n
Strong leadership and people-management skills.
n
Demonstrated experience managing restaurant, bar and event/banqueting operations.
n
Strong commercial awareness with experience in revenue generation, labour management and cost control.
n
Excellent communication, organisation and problem‐solving skills.
n
A hands‐on leadership style with a genuine passion for guest service.
n
Ability to coach, motivate and develop a diverse team.
n
Strong attention to detail and professional presentation.
n
Valid NSW RSA.
n
Flexibility to work across a rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
n
