Permanent Part-time - Monday to Wednesday 9:30 - 4:00

Pay rate - $***** per hour + superannuation
n

As a member of the team at, you will be providing essential lifestyle, social and wellbeing services for our residents.
n
About the Role:
n
Encouraging resident choice and participation in individual and group activities
n
Assisting in the design, delivery and monitoring of group and individual lifestyle services and activities
n
Implementing creative events and lifestyle activities for residents and where possible involving the wider community, volunteers and residents family and friends
n
Provide direct resident care during activities such as bus trips, including assisting with personal hygiene and toileting
n
Provide direct resident care in relation to meals service, mobility and social support
n




Supporting your peers and maintaining a cooperative team spirit
n
Working in a safe manner to protect yourself, your colleagues and residents closely following all policies and procedures
n
To be successful in this role you'll need
n
A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderly
n
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
n
Certificate III or Cert IV in Leisure and Health or Individual Support or similar
n
Able to establish and maintain professional and appropriate relationships with residents and their families
n
A reliable team player
n
Commitment to respecting the values, customs, preferences and spiritual beliefs of residents
n
Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance
n
