Assistant Project Officer

Location: Lismore, NSW | 3 days on Site. 2 days WFH.

Rate: $***** per hour + Super
n
Duration: Until 20/08/2027 with possible extensions
n
Key responsibilities
n
n
Provide day-to-day project and operational support across multiple initiatives.
n
Monitor project plans, milestones, deliverables and key actions.
n
Assist with tracking project progress against agreed time, cost and quality requirements.
n
Maintain and update project documentation, records and reporting.
n
Undertake research and basic analysis to support project planning and decision-making.
n
Assist with preparing project briefs, reports, presentations and other documentation.
n

Solid written and verbal communication skills.

The ability to research, analyse information and prepare clear documentation.
