Lead the evolution of People & Culture systems, data, and processes
n
Guide transformation initiatives from initiation through delivery and enablement
n
Create alignment across teams and ensure technology and process changes deliver meaningful impact
n
Analyse existing systems and processes to identify opportunities to improve and simplify operations
n
Lead People & Culture's adoption of automation and AI
n
Work closely with business operations and systems and engineering teams to bring new capabilities to life
n
Build smarter, more connected experiences for employees
n
Lead programs that evolve how People & Culture operates
n
Support nbn's long-term goals and employee experience

Requirements
n
n
Experience working on People & Culture transformation, business process improvement, or HR technology initiatives
n
Ability to balance hands-on delivery with strategic, enterprise-level thinking
n
Ability to navigate ambiguity and change
n
Experience engaging and informing people through change
n
Experience with HR technology platforms such as Workday or UKG highly valued, but not essential
n
Understanding of process improvement and digital enablement
n
Ability to build trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders
