Civil Engineering, GIS and Asset Management Systems - mandatory

Our client is looking for an experienced Asset Engineer to join their team.
n
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
n
n
Collect and maintain data for a number of asset registers including roads, drainage, buildings and open space.
n
Maintenance of asset registers by updating all new assets including from recent subdivisions.
n
Maintenance of Technology One Asset Management System and other systems as required.
n
Assist coordinator with quarter and annual reporting
n
Assist with regular asset management operational needs.
n
Preparation of reports, plans, specifications and estimates in accordance with relevant standards and codes.
n
Assessment of engineering plans, computations and reports in accordance with relevant standards and codes.
n
Assist with modelling to produce lifecycle costing and future works programs.
n
Customer responses regarding asset related enquiries.
n
Assist in providing input to the multi-year Capital Works Program.
n
Assist in reporting
