Total Ag Solutions is seeking an experienced Parts Interpreter to join our team in Wagga Wagga, NSW. As a Parts Interpreter, you will play a crucial role in supporting our agricultural equipment customers by accurately identifying and sourcing the right parts for their needs. What you'll be doing

Interpret customer enquiries and identify the appropriate parts required for their agricultural equipment.

Source and procure the necessary parts from our extensive inventory or through our supplier network.

Provide expert advice and guidance to customers to ensure they receive the correct parts for their needs.

Maintain accurate records and inventory controls to ensure efficient parts management.
n




Collaborate with the sales and service teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
n
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our parts management processes and systems.

What we're looking for

Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Parts Interpreter or in a similar role within the agricultural equipment industry.
n
Exceptional product knowledge and the ability to quickly identify and source the right parts.
n
Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide clear and helpful advice to customers.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
n
Proficient in using parts management software and inventory systems.
n
A keen eye for detail and a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
