We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and community-focused Pool Lifeguards / Pool Attendants / Swim Teachers. As a Pool Lifeguard, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our community while delivering exceptional customer service in a welcoming aquatic environment.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Providing continuous pool supervision to ensure patron safety.
n
Responding to emergencies, rescues, and first aid incidents.
n
Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming aquatic facility.
n
Assisting with opening and closing procedures.
n
Monitoring water quality and facility presentation.
n
Delivering excellent customer service and promoting safe pool practices.
n
n
Essential Requirements
n
n
Current Royal Life Saving Society Pool Lifeguard Certificate.
n
HLTAIDO11 First Aid Statement of Attainment, updated every 3 years.
n
HLTAID009 Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Statement of Attainment, updated every year.
n
A current NSW Working with Children Check.
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
n
Applicants must be 16 years of age or over.
n




Availability to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, public holidays, after school and school holidays, during the Christmas New Year break.
n
A current classC driver's licence for applicants 17 years and over (includes provisional licence).
n
Eligibility to work in Australia and pass relevant pre‐employment checks.
n

Salary Range – Lifeguards/Pool Attendant (Grade4) $***** to $***** per hour, inclusive of 25% casual loading.
n
Salary Range – Supervising Lifeguard / Swim Teacher (Grade7) $***** to $***** per hour, inclusive of 25% casual loading.
n
25% loading applies to work performed on Saturdays.
n
50% loading applies to work performed on Sundays.
n
First Aid Allowance of $***** per week.
n
