What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to residents
n
Complete clinical assessments and administer medications
n
Develop, implement and review care plans
n
Monitor residents' health and respond to changing clinical needs
n
Support and mentor care staff in best practice care
n
Work collaboratively with families and the multidisciplinary team
n
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with aged care standards
n
n
About You
n
n
Registered Nurse (Division 1) with unrestricted AHPRA registration
n
Previous aged care experience is highly regarded
n
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
Passion for delivering person-centred care
n
Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
