Our client is a fast-scaling technology leader offering sophisticated transaction and platform infrastructure solutions across Australia. Due to continued expansion, they are hiring a Melbourne-based Business Development Manager to lead new customer acquisition and strategic partnership development.

Key Responsibilities:
n
n
New Revenue Generation: Map out target verticals to uncover, qualify, and convert new mid-market opportunities.
n
Strategic Partnerships: Identify and nurture referral and channel partners to create scalable new revenue streams.
n
Consultative Pitching: Conduct deep discovery to understand client workflows, tailoring technical and commercial proposals that deliver real value.
n
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal Risk, Compliance,



and Product teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and clean handovers.
n

Your Experience:
n
n
Proven success selling SaaS, technical, or complex financial/software solutions (3+ years experience).
n
Demonstrated ability to build a pipeline from the ground up and close mid-market deals.
n
Skilled at leading high-level negotiations with founders, CEOs, and technical heads.
