About your new role:
n
Lead a classroom by effectively engaging with children, families, Educators, and the wider community to implement the educational program for our Kindergarten children
n
Responsible for the day-to-day management of your classroom and flexible routines.
n
Mentor and lead your team in your classroom to incorporate collaboration, reflection and respect at all times.
n
Demonstrate an excellent understanding of the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines.
n
Confidencein building strong relationships and partnerships with children and families.
n
A little about you:
n
A Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification as approved by ACECQA.
n
Current blue card, approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.
n
Experience in an early childhood setting. (preferred)
n
A sound understanding of the EYLF and NQF.
n
Confidence in building strong relationships and partnerships with children and families.
n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
