About You
n
n
Previous experience as a Facility Manager or senior operational leader within aged care, health or a similarly regulated environment.
n
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
n
Excellent commercial and financial management experience.
n
Thorough understanding of aged care legislation, accreditation and quality standards.
n
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
AHPRA registration is highly regarded but not essential.
n
