The business specialises in luxury homes, custom new builds and architecturally designed residences, with projects predominantly located across Sydney's Northern Beaches and Eastern Suburbs.

Site Foreman – Luxury Residential

Location: Northern Beaches & Eastern Suburbs, Sydney
n
Salary: $130,000 – $160,000 + Super
n

A reputable and well-established residential builder is seeking an experienced Site Foreman to join their team, delivering high-end residential projects across Sydney.
n
The business specialises in luxury homes, custom current builds and architecturally designed residences, with projects predominantly located across Sydney's Northern Beaches and Eastern Suburbs.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure projects are delivered safely and efficiently.
n
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades and suppliers.
n
Manage site programmes, sequencing and daily construction activities.
n
Maintain high standards of workmanship, quality and safety.
n
Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants and clients.




n
Monitor project progress and ensure key milestones are achieved.
n
Identify and resolve construction issues and coordinate site solutions.
n
Manage site documentation, inspections and quality control.
n
Ensure works are completed in accordance with plans, specifications and relevant standards.
n
About You
n
Previous experience as a Site Foreman within residential construction.
n
Strong experience delivering luxury homes, custom builds or architecturally designed residential projects.
n
Strong understanding of construction methodology, sequencing and site management.
n
Excellent subcontractor and trade management skills.
n
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality finishes.
n
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
Relevant construction qualifications and White Card.
n
