We are looking for a driven, competitive, results-obsessed External Sales Rep who loves the chase, thrives on targets, and wants their effort rewarded

You'll own your territory and be responsible for driving growth by:
n

Hunting and securing new business opportunities across the region
n
Actively building a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
n
Turning cold and warm leads into long-term customers
n
Becoming a trusted solutions partner to your clients
n
Consistently achieving and exceeding monthly and annual sales targets
n
Conducting regular customer site visits and strengthening relationships
n
Preparing fast, accurate quotes and tailored hire solutions
n
Working closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding service
n
n
This is a full-time, field-focused role based out of our Hexham branch, Monday to Friday, 7am - 5pm.

We are searching for someone with energy, grit,



and a genuine hunger for success - someone who sees chance where others see obstacles.

Proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or account management
n
A track record of winning new business and growing revenue
n
Equipment hire, construction, or related industry experience (highly regarded)
n
Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills
n
A results-driven, target-focused mindset
n
High energy, resilience, and self-motivation
n
Excellent time management and territory planning skills
n
A current driver's licence
n
