Are you a passionate Lead Educator who's ready to make a lasting difference in children's lives? St Paul's Early Learning Centre in Townsville is seeking two dedicated and enthusiastic Lead Educators to join our beautiful, community-focused service on a permanent part-time basis (37.5 hour per week).

As our Lead Educators, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping rich, engaging learning experiences for our children. You will:

Design and deliver a dynamic educational program that inspires curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning.
n
Actively supervise and engage children in a range of fun and meaningful activities - both indoors and outdoors.
n
Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where every child feels at home.
n
Build and maintain strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and the wider school community.
n
Collaborate closely with your dedicated team to deliver the best outcomes for children and families.
n
Contribute to maintaining a tidy, welcoming environment that reflects our pride in our service.
n

About the Candidate
n
n
A Diploma in Children's Services, School Aged Care, or other ACECQA-approved qualification.
n
A current Blue Card, plus up to date First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.
n
Completed Child Protection Training (as per Section 162A of the Education and Care Services National Law).
n
Previous experience as a Lead Educator
n
Sound knowledge of the National Quality Standards (NQS) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
n
