Service Stream is seeking 3 Telecommunications resources to support the Client Enterprise Services team in managing queries and escalation priority delivery.
The role will operate onshore from Sydney or Melbourne, with an estimated 90 hours per week split across three resources. You will maintain a delivery tracker and provide weekly reports on progress, coordinating work across multiple teams and ensuring BAU hours from 7am to 7pm.
