As General Manager, you will lead Regis Drysdale, creating an environment where residents, families and employees thrive. You will:

Lead the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care and services

Inspire, coach and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary team

What You'll Bring
n

Strong leadership experience within aged care, health or a related services environment
n
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop multidisciplinary teams
n
Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and performance targets
n
Knowledge of aged care funding and regulatory requirements
n
Proven capability to drive change and continuous improvement initiatives
n
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (postgraduate qualifications highly regarded)
