Melbourne Health is seeking a part time Training Consultant for MOCA (Management of Clinical Aggression) to lead education and wellbeing initiatives within RMH Mental Health Services. The role focuses on reducing restrictive interventions and supporting staff managing acute clinical deterioration, with emphasis on de-escalation and trauma-informed practice.
